How do I know what products you sale, or your construction capabilities?

• To explore our range of offerings, simply send us an email detailing your requirements. Rest assured, we'll respond promptly with a tailored solution.

How do I apply for a position?
 

• Feel free to reach out to us for opportunities at IPL that match your interests. Once you have identified a position to which you would like to apply. You will have further guidance on how to start the application process. If you haven't applied to a position before with IPL, you will be prompted to join our Talent Community. 

I am interested in speaking with a recruiter. How can I get in contact? 
 

• After you submit your application to a specific position, a recruiter will be in touch with you if you are determined to be a potential match for the position. Your recruiter will be able to answer any particular questions you have about the opportunity. 

After I apply for a specific position, what happens?
 

• You will receive a notice that we have received your application. Your qualifications will be reviewed by a member of our recruiting team and a recruiter will contact you if you are determined to be a potential match for the position.

I've already submitted my application. How can I check my application status?
 

• You can check the status of your application at any time by accessing your account here and reviewing the "Submitted Applications" section in your profile. 

What if I suspect Recruitment Fraud?

• At IPL, we take protection of your personal information very seriously. We are aware that individuals are misrepresenting themselves as IPL recruiters by falsely advertising IPL job openings using our company's name and corporate information. In some cases, these scammers make fraudulent offers of employment to obtain personally identifiable information, such as financial institution name, home address, and more.  Please be mindful of the following.

• A IPL recruiter email address has the format of @illusions-plus.com.

• A IPL recruiter will never email potential employees from free web-based e-mail accounts such as Yahoo.com or Gmail.com.

• IPL will never ask a potential employee for money as a term of employment or to pay for application processing fees.
